Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposits

A 25–50% non-refundable deposit (depending on length of booking) is required to secure all appointments, in-person or online.

Deposits can be made via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.

Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Cancellations

More than 48 hours notice: Deposit may be applied toward a future date within 30 days.

Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited.

Same-day cancellation or no-show: Full balance is due before any future booking will be accepted.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to my availability.
Late Arrivals

For in-person bookings, late arrivals will still conclude at the scheduled end time.

For online bookings, if you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is considered canceled without refund.
